Connecting with DIALux Members all over the world

Over the past months, we have been on an exciting journey, bringing the DIALux Business Conference to three countries on two continents. From Brazil to Japan and Vietnam, we had the pleasure of engaging with our DIALux Members and potential partners, strengthening relationships, and sharing valuable insights about the future of lighting design.

Kicking Off in South America

The very first DIALux Business Conference in Brazil took place in São Paulo, marking an important milestone for our global engagement. With over 30 industry professionals in attendance, the event provided a platform for networking and discussions about the latest innovations in lighting technology. Our experts, Friedrich Wilhelm Bremecker (Business Unit Director Sales) and Angela La Rocca (Vice President DIAL America), presented the newest advancements in DIALux and highlighted how the platform is transforming lighting design.

We are proud to welcome 34 new lighting manufacturers from South America (Peru, Ecuador, Colombia, Brazil and Argentina) as DIALux Members over the past month, further strengthening our presence in this dynamic market.

Connecting with the Japanese and Vietnamese Lighting Industry

The journey continued in Japan, where we hosted the DIALux Business Conference in Tokyo. With 26 participants from leading manufacturers in the Japanese lighting industry, the event was a fantastic opportunity to discuss industry trends and explore the evolving needs of lighting professionals.

Friedrich Wilhelm Bremecker and Sindy Wu (Teamlead Sales Asia Pacific) provided key insights into how DIALux is an essential marketing tool for manufacturers in Japan and a game-changer for lighting design worldwide. The strong engagement from our Japanese partners reinforced the importance of continuous collaboration in shaping the future of the industry. Japan has a very long tradition in lighting technology. Many of our members have been well established in the market for decades and have built world-renowned brands. With technological leadership and established customer relationships, the challenges here are very different from those in our next stop, Ho Chi Minh City in Vietnam.

Vietnam is a rapidly growing lighting market. Huge infrastructure projects are being built in large numbers in the country, and the construction industry has seen enormous increases in built-up areas. At the same time, a modern and forward-looking lighting industry has been emerging and developing in recent years. This industry has had to, and still has to, conquer its markets and convince new customers with its products.

Although these industry requirements in Japan and Vietnam couldn't be further apart, DIALux is still the tool of choice for establishing and maintaining customer contacts. DIALux is always the optimal tool for promoting your brand and convincing lighting planners of your products.

Understanding what the markets need

The success of these conferences underscores the strong global presence of DIALux and our commitment to fostering meaningful partnerships. With 450 members in more then 50 countries and users worldwide, we continuously strive to develop a software that supports the evolving demands of the lighting industry.

A key aspect of our DIALux conferences is, of course, the exchange with manufacturers about the specifics of regional markets. DIALux is the globally leading lighting design software, but only because we understand and consider regional specifics. Learning and understanding are therefore an equally important aspect of our meetings. Manufacturers gain in-depth insights into global markets, functions, and future strategies. At the same time, we understand how we can make DIALux even better and also consider local concerns.
